We are seeking an experienced and motivated Treatment Plan Coordinator to lead our front office and ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front office operations Lead and support front desk team (scheduling, billing, patient coordination) Ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out Manage records, insurance verification, and claims Optimize appointment scheduling and team calendars Improve workflow Coordinate supplies and manage inventory Track performance metrics and report to leader Must have previous Dental Experience.
