- We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team.
- Responsibilities
- Greet patients in a professional and courteous manner, handling their needs and requests with a smile.
- Manage the front desk efficiently, handling scheduling, answering phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information.
- Provide guests with information about Club Five Health's services.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve issues promptly and fairly.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized, and that all equipment and supplies are functioning properly.
- Perform audit duties, including reconciling cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Club Five Health policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient experiences.
- Collaborate on execution of doctor recommended care plans
- Discuss finances with patients
- Insurance understanding
- Qualifications
- Experience in front desk managment, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of patients.
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
