Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily front office operations to ensure efficiency and excellence. Lead, coach, and support the front desk team, including scheduling, patient communication, billing, and treatment coordination. Ensure a seamless and exceptional patient experience from check-in through check-out. Manage patient records and maintain compliance with HIPAA and office policies. Oversee insurance verification, claim submission, claim follow-up, and collections. Optimize provider schedules and team calendars to maximize productivity and patient access. Evaluate office systems and continuously improve workflows and operational processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for leadership. Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory to support daily operations. Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team members to achieve practice goals. Resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly while maintaining a high level of customer service. Ensure the office maintains a professional, organized, and welcoming environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and claims management. Experience leading and developing administrative teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with dental practice management software. Strong understanding of scheduling optimization, practice workflows, and office operations. Proficiency in reporting and analyzing performance metrics.
