Key responsibilities include managing supplies, coordinating meetings, maintaining office procedures, handling vendor relationships, and supporting HR tasks like onboarding. They are the central point of contact, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
Office Administration:
Maintaining office records, managing records systems, sorting mail, and managing office equipment maintenance.
Facility Coordination:
Coordinating with vendors, managing office supplies, and overseeing office layouts or facility repairs.
Staff Supervision:
Supervising administrative staff, managing employee records, and assisting with onboarding.
Communication:
Acting as the main contact point for internal employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.
Policy Implementation:
Developing and maintaining office policies, ensuring safety compliance, and improving procedural efficiency.
Essential Skills and Qualifications Experience:
Proven experience as an office manager, administrative manager, or in a similar role.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with office management software.
Leadership:
