Job Description

Job Overview Harsha Autism Center is an ABA center in Terre Haute. We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient work environment. This vital role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and supporting staff to foster productivity and professionalism. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to keep our office running seamlessly. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead administrative functions while contributing to a dynamic team environment.
POSITION SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinates the daily activities of the administrative office, payroll
  • Acts as HR designee. Responsible for hiring of staff and maintaining HR files
  • Assists with inquiries and admission of clients and maintaining waitlists
  • Assists in onboarding of new families and clients
  • Answers telephone and front door
  • Addresses staff and provide guidance and occurrences/caution notices when needed
  • Purchases all inventory items needed for the center whether it be online or in-store
  • Provides back up support to clinical team when applicable
  • Maintains texting/communication system
  • Oversees cleanliness of lobby, administrative areas, clinical areas
  • Assist in the organization and updating of the Electronic Medical Records System as directed
  • Assists with all billing duties as assigned
  • Assists with weekly progress reports to COO and CEO
  • Assists with credit card reconciliation
  • Assists with ensuring all
BCBA/RBT
credentials and supervision requirements are met
  • Ensures that appearance and conduct are professional at all times
  • Assists with onboarding and training of new staff
  • Coordinate staff engagement and newsletters
  • Coordinate client/family newsletters
  • Scheduling of RBT's on a daily basis
  • Handles employee and patient grievances
  • Assist with insurance prior approvals
  • Responsible for credentialing of staff
  • Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in leadership
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Proficient in MS Office with emphasis in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with various Social Media platforms
  • Excellent customer service
  • Organized and able to multi task; self starter
  • Dependable and good attendance
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude towards all people; solid team player and open to new ideas
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
