Job Description
Office Manager/Bookkeeper Opportunity in Lenexa, Kansas Monday-Friday, onsite 8:30am-5pm, $50-51K plus paid medical and dental benefits in 90 days and additional Benefits are matching IRA and vacation (in 6 months)
Role Responsibilities:
Sales and Profit Management:
Compile and record the company's revenue and profit using QuickBooks and other supportive applications.Invoice Management:
Issue invoices for payments and manage quotes from collaborating vendors.Tax Accounting:
Record and manage the company's tax details, expenditures, and related documentation.Payroll Management:
Calculate employee attendance, confirm all the numbers are correct, and execute payroll processes; ACH process, Simple IRA Fan Plan.Budget Management:
Support budget planning for advertising and marketing activity. Monitor and manage expenses within allocated budgets using payment schedule method.Banking Operations:
Manage bank transactions, verify receivables, and handle bank document issuance.Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to sales department, including handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.Employee Support:
Assist in issuing and registering documents for internal employees.Facility Management:
Coordinate office space, ensuring it is well-maintained, clean, and organized. Manage office supplies, workstations and other equipment.Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to general accounting activities.Inventory Management:
Updating Inventory Report weekly basis, discuss about current inventory stock, and management for open POs. Skills & Qualifications need to succeed:- Fluent in English (w/ Korean and/or Spanish is a plus!)
- Ability to develop, implement, and manage strategic plans.
- Must be goal oriented, work focused, and results driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Proven experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems Must have reliable transportation.
