Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and help prepare weekly payment runs to ensure timely disbursements.
- Review and enter monthly statements from major suppliers, confirming charges and supporting account accuracy.
- Create and update new project records in the company system so jobs are properly tracked from the start.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, including ordering and restocking workplace supplies as needed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.
- Perform basic statement reconciliation and identify discrepancies for follow-up and resolution.
- Support reception and front-desk coverage by assisting with routine communication and visitor-facing tasks when needed.
