This position will assist with customer service, scheduling, estimates, orders, paperwork, and general office duties while helping keep the shop running smoothly. Responsibilities Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner. Greet customers and assist them with their orders and questions. Prepare estimates, invoices, work orders, and other paperwork. Enter and maintain customer and job information accurately. Communicate with customers regarding order details, pricing, artwork, and project timelines. Help track orders, materials, and job progress. Communicate with production staff to help ensure jobs are completed accurately and on schedule. Assist with general office organization and other duties as needed. Qualifications Previous office, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred but not required. Must be dependable, professional, and organized. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable using computers, email and basic office software. Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple customer orders and projects. Ability to work independently while also being a team player. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This person should enjoy working with customers, communicating with the production team, and helping keep projects organized from the time an order is received through completion.
