Beverly, MA Our rapidly growing Farmers Insurance agency is seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing efficient processes, and is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for both clients and team members. As the Office Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the agency running smoothly by supporting the sales and service teams, managing office operations, coordinating administrative functions, and helping drive the agency's continued growth. You'll work closely with the Agency Owner to improve efficiency, develop team members, and ensure outstanding customer service. What You'll Do Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency office. Support and coordinate the activities of the sales and customer service teams. Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards. Develop and improve office procedures to increase efficiency and productivity. Assist with onboarding and training new team members. Monitor office performance, workflows, and operational goals. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency and carrier procedures. Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and internal communications. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Support marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts. Work directly with the Agency Owner on agency growth strategies and special projects. Salary Range:

Life Insurance License preferred or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in an agency environment. Previous leadership, office management, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, policy servicing, underwriting, and agency operations. Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience using agency management systems, CRM platforms, and carrier quoting systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to improving processes. High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information responsibly. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to pass all required background checks and maintain all applicable insurance licenses in good standing. Responsibilities Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency to ensure a productive and efficient work environment. Lead, coach, and support the sales and customer service teams to achieve agency goals. Monitor team performance, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring new employees. Create and maintain office schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage. Develop, implement, and improve office processes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure exceptional customer service by assisting with escalated client concerns and resolving issues promptly. Oversee policy processing, customer service workflows, and administrative operations for accuracy and timeliness. Maintain compliance with agency policies, carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and industry regulations. Track agency production, retention, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics, and provide regular reports to the Agency Owner. Manage office supplies, equipment, vendors, and facility needs. Coordinate team meetings, training sessions, and office events. Support agency marketing initiatives, community events, and referral programs. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation within agency management systems. Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven workplace culture. Partner with the Agency Owner to develop and execute strategies for agency growth, operational excellence, and long-term success. Perform other administrative, operational, and leadership duties as assigned to support the agency's continued growth.
