Job Description

Premier Pain Management is a growing, interventional pain practice located in Fitchburg, MA. We are seeking a motivated individual to be the office manager of this practice. The employee will manage the daily administrative and clinical practice operations with commitment to providing the highest quality of service. Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 1) Overseeing daily operations of the practice 2) Developing and implementing office policies and procedures 3) Hiring, onboarding, and supervising administrative staff 4) Scheduling team meetings 5) Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to staff 6) Ordering and maintaining inventory of medical and office supplies 7) Managing payroll 8) Working with IT for any technical issues or improvement opportunities 9) Coordinating maintenance services 10) Ensure positive collaboration between providers and administrative staff 11) Managing and maintaining patient scheduling accuracy 12) Overseeing billing and coding activities 13) Managing staff scheduling The candidate should be able to solve problems, well-organized, and wiling to work in a fast-paced environment.
