The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced office where professionalism and discretion are essential.Job Description:
We are looking for an office manager to handle day-to-day tasks for our law firm.Responsibilities:
- Manage personnel files.
- Work with providers to coordinate employee benefits.
- Order office supplies and assist with general office operations.
- Coordinate office events.
- Serve as the point of contact for all office vendors, contractors and service providers.
- Manage the firm's social media accounts.
- Assist attorneys and staff with administrative projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous office management or legal office experience preferred.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office technology.
- Proficiency with Facebook and Instagram.
- Experience with Clio case management software is a plus but not required.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
