Job Description
Office Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and help ensure the office runs efficiently, professionally, and smoothly. This is a fully onsite, Monday-Friday opportunity for a highly organized, dependable professional who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, supporting a team, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Position Highlights Permanent, Full-Time Monday-Friday, fully onsite $50,000-$60,000 annually Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Background check required Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, administrative processes, and workflow Maintain office systems, procedures, records, files, and databases Manage calendars, meetings, office communications, mail, deliveries, supplies, and equipment Provide administrative support to department leadership and staff Coordinate team meetings, agendas, training sessions, events, and other internal activities Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors, clients, families, partners, and other stakeholders Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle inquiries with a high level of professionalism Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees Support financial and administrative recordkeeping, including tracking outstanding items and coordinating with internal departments Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed Help ensure required documentation and office procedures are maintained in accordance with organizational policies Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, training, and occasional travel Assist leadership with special projects and other operational needs as they arise Ideal Candidate 2+ years of experience in office management, administrative coordination, or a similar role Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Interested?
