We provide window cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning, handyman services, landscaping, and other residential and commercial property maintenance solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment. We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Office Administrator to join our office team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that supports our daily operations by coordinating schedules, assisting customers, and keeping our office running efficiently. Duties Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service Schedule appointments and coordinate daily work schedules for technicians Maintain customer records and update our CRM database Follow up on estimates, appointments, and outstanding action items Assist customers with scheduling changes, questions, and service requests Monitor office inventory and submit supply order requests Track operational issues and customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution Prepare reports and assist with administrative projects Support multiple departments as business needs require Help improve office processes and contribute to an organized, efficient workplace Qualifications Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or similar administrative role Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Experience using CRM, scheduling, or dispatch software is preferred Strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for professional growth, benefits and advancement Supportive, family-owned company culture Stable, full-time position with a growing local business
