Maintain organized spreadsheets and reports related to budgeting, expenses, and project progress for transparency and accountability. Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and spreadsheet management. Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar financial tools; experience with bookkeeping and payroll is essential. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and vendor negotiations. Strong event planning capabilities for organizing meetings, trainings, or corporate events. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism at all times. Experience in human resources functions including onboarding, training & development, and employee record management. Familiarity with medical office management or similar environments is a plus but not required.
