The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily office functions, executing administrative policies and assisting in the daily operations of the company. The Office Manager also helps ensure that all company employees are working according to company policies and procedures, and will check in on employees to see if they need anything.
Primary Responsibilities:
Operates as lead point of contact for all customer relations, answering incoming calls and emails. Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Constantly looking for ways to improve service to clients. Ensures timely communication and delivery of our solutions (always prioritize communication and answering questions) Encourages business growth through our customer referral program; tracking all referrals. Completes proactive courtesy calls; sends review requests; and communicates consistently with customers to guarantee satisfaction and a high rate of retention. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and consulting with management when necessary. Performs collections services when necessary. Participates in continued education to learn more about operations and service knowledge. Manages master and individual schedules, calendars, and checklists. Organizes and schedules sales appointments. Manages payroll to ensure employees are paid on time. Controls basic accounting functions, such as invoicing, making deposits, and entering expense data.
Performs all organization:
photocopying, scanning, filing, etc. - Maintaining filing systems. Use Service Autopilot as CRM and scheduling software Requirements Interest & love for the landscaping industry with desire to learn more Preferred knowledge of lawn care, landscaping, hardscaping. Will train as needed. Ready for fast-paced multi task environment Willingness to work additional hours in Spring & Fall Candidate should be an outgoing, friendly person who is easy to get along with and who can put up with the ebb and flows of the seasonal traffic. Communicates professionally and efficiently. Demonstrates company values of professionalism and integrity. Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute work. Experience using Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Service Autopilot preferred.
