Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Experience Office Manager specializing in Fire Restoration and Home Remodeling to lead our administrative operations and ensure seamless project execution. This vital role combines office management, vendor coordination, team supervision, and client communication to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will thrive on multitasking, possess strong leadership skills, and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain an efficient work environment Coordinate project schedules, appointments, and deadlines through effective calendar management and schedule oversight Manage vendor relationships by sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors Supervise administrative staff, providing training, development opportunities, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team Handle human resources functions such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel records with accuracy Assist with budgeting, bookkeeping, and expense tracking using QuickBooks or similar financial software to ensure fiscal responsibility Support event planning for company meetings or community outreach initiatives that promote team building and brand awareness Maintain excellent communication with clients, vendors, and team members through professional phone etiquette and clear correspondence Ensure compliance with safety standards and office policies while managing documentation related to fire restoration projects or home remodeling jobs Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within the construction, fire restoration, or home remodeling industries Supervising experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll processing; strong organizational skills for schedule management Knowledge of vendor management practices and contract negotiation skills Background in human resources functions including onboarding, training & development, and employee relations Familiarity with medical office management is a plus but not required; excellent clerical skills are essential Exceptional communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in filing, calendar management, and administrative tasks Join us as an Experience Office Manager/Fire Restoration and Home Remodeling professional where your leadership will directly impact our success!
