Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our legal team! This vital role combines the responsibilities of overseeing daily office operations with managing financial records and bookkeeping duties. The ideal candidate will bring energy, efficiency, and a proactive approach to ensure our office runs smoothly while maintaining accurate financial data. Responsibilities Manage daily office functions, including front desk operations, greeting visitors, and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Maintain organized records through data entry, document proofreading, and accurate filing systems using productivity software such as Microsoft Office Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses, invoices, and payments Coordinate client communication and customer support efforts, ensuring exceptional service via phone or email Oversee office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure the workspace remains tidy and efficient Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and providing personal assistant support as needed Handle clerical tasks such as word processing, typing, proofreading documents, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information Experience Proven office management experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software Experience with QuickBooks, Clio Law Firm Practice Management, or other bookkeeping/accounting tools is highly preferred Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems Prior clerical or administrative experience including data entry, proofreading, and customer service roles Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software or technical tools Personal assistant or front desk experience is advantageous for supporting daily operations efficiently Join us to be part of our vibrant legal team committed to excellence! Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
