You will act as the crucial link between our sales floor, management team, and external vendors. If you are a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong administrative background, we want you to grow with our team. What You Will Do Manage day-to-day office administration, including answering multi-line phones, routing inquiries, and managing general email correspondence. Process and organize vehicle documentation, compliance paperwork, and internal accounting schedules. Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and business partners regarding account updates and billing. Assist the Office Manager and General Sales Manager with payroll preparation, data entry, and special projects. Maintain accurate inventory records and help break down finalized car deals. What We Are Looking For 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred). Strong proficiency with standard office software (Google Workspace, basic spreadsheets) and the ability to quickly learn dealership management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A dependable, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
