In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative team, keeping our back office running smoothly so we can continue delivering exceptional service to our customers. If you are detail-oriented, eager to learn the automotive business, and looking for a stable career with room to grow, we want you on our team. What You Will Do Perform daily data entry to ensure vehicle inventory, stock numbers, and costs are accurately recorded. Assist with breaking down finalized car deals and organizing compliance paperwork. Support the management team with DMV documents, temporary tag processing, and title tracking. Manage vendor inquiries, answer incoming office calls, and handle general filing. Provide daily administrative support to the Office Manager and sales team. What We Are Looking For Strong organizational skills and an excellent eye for detail. Proficiency in general computer software, including Google Workspace and spreadsheets. A dependable, team-first attitude with clear communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Prior experience in an office setting is required; previous dealership or DMV experience is a major plus.
