The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of the company while ensuring that the office runs smoothly. This role is critical in managing the company's financial processes and providing strategic financial input to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Budgeting:
Develop, implement, and monitor the company's budget, ensuring effective financial planning and resource allocation.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for senior management.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor cash flow and manage cash reserves to ensure the financial stability of the company.
Office Operations:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including procurement, vendor management, and facilities management.
Compliance:
Ensure the company complies with all financial regulations and standards, including tax filings and audit requirements.
Human Resources:
Manage HR-related tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve financial and administrative processes, implementing best practices.
Team Management:
Supervise and manage the finance and office administration teams, providing guidance and support.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and support business planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant financial certification preferred. Minimum of 1 years of experience in financial management and office administration. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including GAAP. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and attention to detail.
