Office Administrator:
Prior experience in an administrative office or legal office setting Strong organizational and communication skills Comfort handling phone-based and client-facing interactions Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail Proficiency with common office software and document management systems Professional, calm demeanor and respect for confidentiality Willingness to accept new and evolving tasks assertively as ability and experience grows Benefits of theJob:
