AACF has served the Ann Arbor community for over 50 years and is committed to providing mental health care which is inclusive, equitable and affirming of diverse individuals and families.

Part-time Pay:
$24.00-$28.00 per hour
Schedule/Hours:
Approximately 15 hours/week spread flexibly across three or more days within Monday-Friday. No weekends or evenings.

Job Duties:
Management of Center finances including Accounts Receivable Monthly tax deposits, quarterly tax forms, and annual tax preparation for Accountant Assists in creating the annual budget Supervision of the Administrative Assistant Responsible for office staff scheduling and coverage Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors Respond to client inquiry phone calls Maintain and edit the AACF website Keep current with insurance billing standards Insurance billing and troubleshooting
General Qualifications:
Office management experience required Insurance billing experience preferred Knowledge of HIPAA regulations preferred Word, Excel, and QuickBooks experience preferred Excellent communication skills, including frequent telephone communication Supervisory skills Ability to work independently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to receive feedback and respond constructively Interest in working in the field of mental health is a plus Background check required
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required Some post-high school education specific to business administration and accounting preferred
