At Health Care At Home, we believe exceptional care begins long before a caregiver walks through a client's front door. We provide non-medical in-home care, helping older adults and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. Every day, our office team helps make that possible by supporting our caregivers, clients, families, and community partners. We're looking for an Office Manager who wants more than just another office job. We're looking for someone who takes pride in helping others, enjoys solving problems, values organization, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our neighbors. No previous home care experience? That's okay. If you have strong administrative skills, a willingness to learn, and truly live the values of Health Care At Home, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. What You'll Do As our Office Manager, you'll play an important role in the daily operations of our agency by:
  • Supporting daily office operations
  • Reviewing caregiver documentation and service authorizations
  • Assisting with payroll and billing preparation
  • Coordinating employee compliance and training
  • Assisting with recruiting and onboarding
  • Supporting marketing and community outreach efforts
  • Helping improve office systems and workflow
  • Participating in a rotating leadership on-call schedule The work you do behind the scenes makes all of that possible. Every phone call is someone looking for help. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Administrative or office experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits
  • Full-time position
  • Monday-Friday
  • Typical office hours approximately 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
  • Participation in a rotating leadership on-call schedule
  • Starting at $19.00/hour, based on qualifications and experience
