Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various software tools. Two years experience with office management and quickbooks is required. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment, supporting both administrative and customer service functions in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Manage front office staff Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and maintaining excellent phone etiquette Oversee calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events as needed Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software Handle bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting tools Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients and visitors Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports Support administrative functions including organizing files, managing office supplies, and ensuring office equipment is operational Coordinate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve overall efficiency Maintain a professional appearance of the office environment at all times Experience Previous office management or administrative experience of two years is required. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) , Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience with QuickBooks is required Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and clerical tasks such as filing and proofreading Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service experience Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy office environment This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining an efficient office environment while providing outstanding support to staff and clients alike.

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
