Position Description:
Position Summary The Front Office Manager oversees all front desk and guest services operations within the full-service hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and alignment with company and brand standards. Essential Functions Oversee daily front office operations including front desk, guest services, and night audit Ensure exceptional guest service from arrival through departure Train, coach, and develop front office team members Create schedules and manage staffing levels Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and audit processes Maintain compliance with policies and brand standards Monitor guest satisfaction scores and online reviews Prepare reports and analyze operational performance Qualifications Previous front office or hotel management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of FSPMS and MARSHA preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Frequent use of computers and front desk systems
