This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating a wide range of office support functions, including secretarial support, office facilities, event coordination, recruiting, and other administrative operations necessary to ensure the office runs efficiently. This is a full-time position; however, part-time candidates will also be considered. As the Office Manager, you will: Manage the daily operations of the office Support employees and attorneys with administrative needs. Process daily check requests for the office. Oversee office supplies, records management and equipment. Coordinate office moves and placements, office events, maintenance and facility-related projects. Work closely with Human Resources, and other administrative departments, to address staffing and operational needs.
An Ideal Candidate Has:
A minimum of five years' experience in human resources or management, preferably in a law firm. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, but will consider combination of education and experience. Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills - one who can communicate effectively in a courteous and diplomatic fashion as you will work with a diverse group of attorneys and administrative professionals.
