This vital role requires a proactive individual who excels in multitasking, possesses excellent communication skills, and demonstrates strong technical proficiency. As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our administrative functions, supporting team members and maintaining a professional, welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will help foster productivity and uphold organizational standards across all office activities. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette. Oversee office management tasks such as supply procurement, filing systems, and maintaining office equipment. Utilize Microsoft Office suite and productivity software to prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail. Perform data entry and clerical tasks including proofreading documents, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Handle client communication and customer support by providing exceptional service via phone or email while maintaining positive relationships. Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—and ensure timely document retrieval. Support administrative functions such as time management, calendar management, and personal assistant responsibilities for senior staff. Experience Proven office management experience with a strong background in administrative support roles. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks. Experience working with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus for diverse client interactions. Technical proficiency in computer literacy including familiarity with multi-line phone systems, office equipment, and productivity software. Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles that involved phone communication and client interaction is highly desirable.
