Summary This full-time position, which combines financial management responsibilities with administrative duties, requires a strong blend of interpersonal skills and financial expertise. This is an in-person position. Salary range is $60-$80K+ but is negotiable and commensurate with experience. We also provide a company incentive plan. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including monthly financial statements. HR responsibilities and oversight. Manage payroll processing. Manage payables, receivables and deposits. Support outside accounting/tax team. Provide financial information and insight to management for decision making. Manage office budgets, including expense reporting and cost tracking. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field OR 5+ years accounting experience with knowledge of financial principals and regulations. Experience with MAS90/Sage 100, or ability to learn legacy MAS90 system. Strong understanding of GAAP. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Superior organizational and time management abilities. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to supervise and train staff.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
