Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Manager to join our small landscape company in Anoka, MN. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsiblities and being an important part of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to keep our office running efficiently and effectively. Duties Ability to multitask and prioritize in a small office environment. Manage day-to-day office operations, including creating job sheets, invoicing customers, Accounts Recievable and Payable. Oversee front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Maintain accurate records through data entry, bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and managing spreadsheets for various administrative purposes Handle clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, organizing documents, supply orders and ensuring overall office organization Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry software. Technical proficiency with computer literacy including typing speed and accuracy, data management, and troubleshooting basic office equipment Experience using QuickBooks for bookkeeping or financial record keeping is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette for front desk operations Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in clerical support or personal assistant roles is beneficial for handling calendar management and administrative support duties We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly and enjoys being part of a close-knit work environment. Pay:
$21.50 - $25.00 per hour
