Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and possess excellent guest service skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all front office operations including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Train, supervise, and support front desk staff
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage room inventory and availability
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
  • Strong guest service orientation with excellent phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and hospitality management software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to handle guest relations effectively
