We're a fast-growing, relationship- driven organization, and we're looking for a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to help keep our leadership team and corporate office running smoothly. Position Summary The Office Manager plays a dual role at the heart of Edge Home Finance's corporate office. First, this person provides high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team managing communications, and priorities so leadership can focus on growing the business. Second, this person serves as the face and voice of the corporate office, answering and routing the main phone lines, welcoming visitors, and leading the internal Loan Officer Support Team to ensure loan officers get timely, accurate help. This is a highly visible, on-site role suited to someone who thrives on variety, stays calm under pressure, and takes ownership of getting things done. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage all company technology platforms, updates, manager users, Prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and leadership meeting materials. Act as a trusted liaison between executives and internal staff, loan officers, vendors, and external partners. Handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and discretion. Track and help drive follow-through on executive priorities, deadlines, and special projects. Corporate Office Management Serve as the first point of contact for the company: answer, screen, and route calls on the main phone lines. Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and candidates; maintain a professional and welcoming front office. Manage office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and day-to-day facilities needs. Help plan and coordinate company meetings, events, and employee recognition activities. Loan Officer Support Team Leadership Lead the internal Loan Officer Support team, setting daily priorities and workload. Train, onboard, and mentor support staff; monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback. Ensure loan officers receive timely, accurate, and consistent support across the loan process. Serve as the escalation point for support issues, resolving or routing them quickly to keep loans moving. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to how the team supports loan officers. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, office manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership. Experience in mortgage, home finance, or financial services preferred, but not required. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, service-oriented phone manner. High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar/scheduling tools. Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Gemini) Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
