Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for the daily operations of a fast-paced law office. In addition to general office management duties including, but not limited to, booking appointments, arranging schedules, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment, the Law Office Manager assists the Attorneys and Legal Assistants preparing clients' files. The Law Office Manager will have access to legal documents and cases, responsible for tracking large amounts of data and information.Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- First contact with clients either in person or answering telephone calls.
- Interfacing with clients and assisting Attorneys and Legal Assistants in meeting with clients to open files.
- Handling client billing and collections with MyCase
- Legal Case Management Software.
- Electronically serving legal documents on individuals and filing legal documents with Court Administration.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with each Court Administration in southeastern Minnesota.
- Managing technological needs and implementing and maintaining software.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong time-management skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and/or related software.

- Self-sufficient, able to manage workload to meet project deadlines, especially multi-task in a fast-paced environment to optimize outcome.
