Job Description

Company Overview Life Fountain FMS has provided exceptional Financial Management Services to support individuals with disabilities and the elderly in Minnesota for over a decade. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized FMS Office Administrator to serve as a key point of contact for families, caregivers, and community partners. This role is essential to keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring accurate communication, documentation, and administrative support across programs. Key Responsibilities Front Office & Communication Answer incoming phone calls and route messages appropriately Provide clear, friendly information about FMS programs to callers Respond to emails related to program questions, documentation, and next steps Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, counties, and partners Administrative & Office Support Manage incoming and outgoing mail Maintain electronic and paper files in an organized, audit-ready manner Assist with data entry and administrative tracking Support staff with general office tasks as needed Program Documentation Track, collect, and organize required program documentation Ensure forms and records are complete and properly filed Follow established processes to support compliance requirements Assist with document follow-up and reminders Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Clear and professional phone and email communication Comfortable working with documentation and administrative processes Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Proficiency with basic office software (email, Word, Excel, PDF tools) Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Experience in healthcare, social services, or administrative roles is a plus Why Work With Us Mission-driven work that directly supports families and communities Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow within an expanding organization Training provided on FMS programs and systems Pay range $20-22/hr.

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
