Job Description

FRSTeam by Anderson is seeking an organized, dependable Office & Operations Manager to coordinate the daily internal workflow of our restoration company. This hands-on position works closely with production, inventory, and intake/delivery personnel to keep jobs moving, resolve problems, and ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily workflow and communication among production, intake/delivery, and office personnel. Establish daily priorities, monitor job progress, and help resolve scheduling, staffing, and operational issues. Monitor jobs from initial intake through production, completion, and delivery; follow up on missing information and unresolved items. Prepare and maintain restoration estimates, invoices, job records, and supporting documentation. Coordinate production schedules, inventory activities, drivers, deliveries, and other internal resources. Work with customer service personnel to maintain clear communication with customers, insurance adjusters, contractors, and other industry partners. Support accounts receivable, collections, front-desk coverage, and other administrative functions as needed. Identify opportunities to improve procedures, communication, documentation, and overall efficiency. Qualifications Experience in office administration, operations, production coordination, estimating, or a similar role. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills. Ability to coordinate people and priorities. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to remain composed, make sound decisions, and adapt when priorities change. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn business software. Restoration, insurance, construction, or service-industry experience is a plus. Estimating or Xactimate experience is helpful but not required.
