Company Owner / Leadership Team Position Overview We are seeking an organized, proactive, and client-focused Office & Marketing Manager to oversee our day-to-day administrative operations, manage incoming client communications, and lead our remodeling marketing initiatives. As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all prospective clients, you will play a critical role in structuring our sales pipeline, keeping our CRM updated, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience from initial inquiry to project completion. Key Responsibilities Client Intake & Pipeline Management Serve as the Single Point of Contact for all incoming phone calls, website inquiries, and referral leads. Log all interactions in the CRM, qualify project details, and route leads through the sales pipeline. Schedule initial site discovery visits and follow-up consultation meetings for leadership. Assisting in estimating of projects Proposal Assembly & Sales Support Coordinate project details between the construction team and the CAD Specialist to assemble polished, standardized proposal presentation packages. Issue finalized proposals to clients and manage automated follow-up sequences. Website & Marketing Execution Keep website content, project galleries, and social proof updated across core services (custom builds and remodeling). Execute marketing campaigns (email newsletters, direct mailers, and local SEO initiatives) to promote our remodeling division alongside custom home building. Client Offboarding & Reviews Coordinate pre-construction selection forms and maintain client project schedules. Deliver warranty binders at project completion and systematically request Google reviews. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in office management, sales administration, or marketing coordination (residential construction or trades experience preferred). Proficiency with construction CRM platforms (e.g., Jobber, Buildertrend, or HubSpot) and Google Workspace / Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple project pipelines simultaneously.
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
