Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, HR functions, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing, and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts, defining bookkeeping policies and procedures. Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance. Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. Assist with oversight and support of client medical practices and ensure that each office is operating smoothly. Provide other administrative support, as necessary. Qualifications for Office Manager Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 5+ years of work experience in an administrative/office management role. Medical office management required. 2+ years of work experience in QuickBooks preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize. Must be a self-starter and driven. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
