Front Office Administrator

Our office is looking for a F/T front office administrator/ scheduling coordinator Responsibilities will include: answering phones, scheduling treatment, answering insurance questions, sending records, and collecting payments. An ideal candidate would be tech-savvy, a fast learner, dependable and consistent with attendance, have previous dental or insurance experience and able to think quickly on their feet. Previous dental or medical office experience is a plus but not required. Even more important than your experience is your personality!! Our FT staff always work Monday- Thursday and have 3 day weekends every weekend. This is a great schedule to enjoy a Montana work/life balance!
