This job involves talking with customers, scheduling appointments, writing up repair estimates, and working with our technicians to keep the shop running smoothly. Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and help customers
  • Schedule appointments
  • Write repair orders and estimates
  • Look up parts and labor times
  • Communicate with technicians about repairs
  • Order parts from suppliers when needed
  • Update customers on their vehicle status
  • Handle invoices and payments
  • Keep the front office organized Qualifications
  • Automotive shop or service advisor experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of car parts and repairs

Pay:
