What You'll Do Check in FedEx deliveries, confirm every box for an order has arrived, and flag anything missing Get jobs ready for scheduling, and help schedule installs as needed Keep every open job, repair, and remake up to date in our system Follow up on open issues every few days until they're resolved Keep customers informed by phone, text, and email so they always know what's happening behind the scenes Enter and track remakes, repairs and parts orders Coordinate between sales reps, installers, and customers to resolve problems Who You Are A sleuth.
