$22.00/hr Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Morrisville, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Qualifications Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office equipment. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
