• Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Front Office Manager/Assistant General Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure an exceptional experience for every visitor. This pivotal role combines front desk operations, guest relations, and hotel management responsibilities, fostering a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, multilingual communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a vibrant resort setting. Duties Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining high standards of guest service and phone etiquette Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay Supervise front desk staff, providing training on hotel management procedures, multi-line phone systems, and customer service excellence Coordinate night audit activities to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational compliance during overnight shifts Assist with hotel management tasks such as reservations, room assignments, and handling guest requests with professionalism and efficiency Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by fostering teamwork among staff and promoting hospitality best practices Support the overall management of the resort's front office operations, including guest services, reservations, and administrative duties Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in guest services and customer relations Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse guests from around the world Knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional guest interactions Strong leadership qualities to supervise staff, manage conflicts, and motivate team members toward shared goals Deep understanding of resort operations, hospitality standards, and guest experience enhancement strategies Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests by leading with enthusiasm and professionalism.
