In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your administrative expertise, technical proficiency, and exceptional communication skills in a fast-paced setting. If you thrive on multitasking, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you! Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Maintain organized CRM files, data entry records, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM productivity software Schedule appointments, and organize meetings for team members Process invoices and financial transactions using CRM Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and overseeing general administrative functions Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and assisting clients with their needs Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, word processing, typing reports, and maintaining accurate records Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Willingness to make outbound calls to set appointments Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and client communication abilities Strong computer literacy with technical proficiency in office productivity tools and software Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred Join us as an Office Administrator and become an essential part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence! Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
