Stratas Scapes is a high-end landscape construction and maintenance company serving some of Wilmington's finest residential and commercial properties. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a highly organized, motivated, and dependable Administrative Coordinator to join our leadership team. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn every aspect of our office operations and grow into an Office Manager role over time. Our current Office Manager will be taking maternity leave next year, so we're hiring well in advance to provide extensive training and ensure a smooth transition while continuing to support our company's growth. ResponsibilitiesDuring Your First 90 Days Your primary focus will be: Manage Accounts Receivable and follow up on past-due invoices. Contact customers by phone, email, and text regarding outstanding balances. Work alongside our Office Manager while learning company systems and procedures. Visit job sites twice per week to capture photos and videos. Create and schedule social media content. Assist with general office administration and special projects. As You Grow As your training progresses, you'll gradually take on additional responsibilities including: Answering incoming client calls and inquiries. Managing new leads and entering them into our CRM (LMN). Scheduling appointments and communicating with customers. Assisting with payroll, HR, and onboarding. Maintaining organized office records and systems. Supporting vendor communication and administrative operations. Helping improve office procedures and efficiency. Eventually managing many of the day-to-day office operations. Qualifications Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Friendly, professional, and dependable. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Comfortable learning new software and technology. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Customer service or administrative experience preferred. Social media experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits $50,000-$60,000 salary (based on experience) Approximately 38-hour work week Paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Performance-based bonuses Opportunities for advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment Performance Bonus We believe in rewarding results.
