This is a key position within our company and an important part of delivering a high-quality experience to our clients. Our clients make a substantial investment in their homes, and we take pride in providing exceptional service throughout the remodeling process. We are looking for someone who values professionalism, communication, teamwork, and taking pride in their work. Job Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and maintain office organization Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform data entry using QuickBooks and Excel Process payroll Answer phones, direct calls, and schedule appointments Reconcile bank statements Edit and prepare proposals and other company documents Prepare and file weekly, quarterly, and year-end taxes Update and maintain company website content Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications Relevant office management or administrative experience required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Accurate data entry and bookkeeping abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer service experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks preferred Bookkeeping experience preferred Wage & Benefits Hourly wage based on experience Annual bonus opportunity Paid holidays after three months of employment PTO available after six months of employment Direct Primary Care Membership through Nurture Health at no cost to the employee, available after three months Comfortable and relaxed office environment Schedule Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Some scheduling flexibility may be available (i.e. 30-40 hours per week) We are an established Omaha company with more than 25 years in business. A solid work history, valid driver's license, and background check are required.
