Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager who has extensive customer service and purchasing experience. We are an Essential Services Company for industrial equipment for a broad range of customers including manufacturing, transit, military, and utility customers. We are internationally known for state of art products. This position requires managing the facility, supporting the sales department, overseeing operations, and taking charge of procurement. The latter will include several hours a day dealing with new industrial customers through a growing online presence. Duties Oversee all aspects of office and operations management. Manage some fiscal responsibilities such as accounts receivable and accounts payable in conjunction with our CPA. Supervise a small shop operations staff and support a larger outside service department. Oversee records management, administrative support functions, and ensure accurate documentation. Assist Human Resources with time card management. Proven experience in small business office management; multitasking, attention to detail, and punctual attendance. Excellent communication skills paired with customer service expertise. We have a new online store requiring quoting and sourcing skills using online platforms. Sourcing goes along with maintaining an inventory of several dozen product lines sold to our customers Ability to navigate Microsoft Office and Sage type accounting software. Knowledge of mechanical, engineering, or construction terminology
Pay:
$45.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
