Office Administrator Burlington, NJ 08016 From $18 an hour

  • Full-time Job Summary:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, providing support to management and staff, and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Greet customers and determine their needs
  • Create service estimates
  • Generate, distribute, and receive payment on invoices from completed estimates
  • Maintain customer and vendor records
  • Track fleet maintenance schedules
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence
  • Receive and sign for shop deliveries
  • Prepare bank deposits as needed
  • Manage employee records, benefits, and onboarding
  • Manage office supplies and uniform inventory
  • Maintain website
  • Ensure all business certifications are current and compliant
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise, Microsoft Office and other office software applications
  • Strong customer service, front desk and clerical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently with solid organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience in automotive repair environment is desirable
