We specialize in creating high-performing, scroll-stopping content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and paid ads. Role Overview We're looking for a female videographer to join our roster on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone who understands social-first content and can confidently shoot engaging, high-quality video for brands on-site. You'll be working directly with our team and clients to bring creative concepts to life—primarily short-form content (Reels, TikToks, ads). Responsibilities Shoot high-quality video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, ads) Capture both lifestyle and brand-focused footage Follow shot lists, briefs, and creative direction from our team Assist in directing talent/clients during shoots when needed Ensure proper lighting, framing, and audio quality on set Deliver raw footage in an organized and timely manner Requirements Must be based in New Jersey and able to travel across North & South NJ Proven experience shooting social media content (portfolio required) Strong understanding of TikTok/Instagram content styles and trends Must have own equipment (Sony preferred) Reliable, professional, and communicative Ability to work in fast-paced shoot environments Nice to Have Experience shooting for beauty, wellness, or aesthetics brands Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) Experience working with creators or directing UGC-style content Why Work With Us Consistent project opportunities Creative, fast-paced environment Work with exciting brands in beauty, wellness & lifestyle Opportunity for long-term collaboration To Apply Please send the following to contact@gemsocialagency.org or apply via
