Automotive Office Manager - High-Volume Luxury Brand We are seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager to join our high-volume luxury automotive dealership . This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional who understands dealership accounting, office operations, compliance, and the fast-paced demands of a high-volume automotive environment. The ideal candidate brings strong automotive dealership office management experience , excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the dealership office and administrative functions Manage and support accounting, billing, title, registration, and deal-processing activities Review and maintain accurate vehicle sales and finance documentation Ensure deals are processed accurately and efficiently Monitor funding, receivables, payables, and related dealership accounting functions Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership policies Work closely with Sales, Finance & Insurance, Service, Parts, and General Management Supervise, train, and support office staff Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks Help ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the transaction process Assist management with reporting, audits, reconciliations, and other dealership administrative needs Qualifications Previous Automotive Office Manager , Dealership Office Manager , Automotive Accounting , or comparable dealership experience Experience in a high-volume automotive dealership strongly preferred Strong understanding of dealership accounting and vehicle deal processing Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proven ability to lead and develop an administrative team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software Reynolds & Reynolds DMS knowledge is a plus Luxury automotive dealership experience is highly desirable Benefits We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, which may include: Competitive salary A professional, supportive team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work with a prestigious luxury automotive brand Career advancement opportunities Professional development and training Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Paid Vacation Employee vehicle purchase programs Employee vehicle service and parts discounts Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan plus match Employee assistance programs Employee Recognition Programs Employee Appreciation Events Specific benefits and eligibility may vary based on position, location, and employment status.
