Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! This vital role ensures the smooth operation of daily office functions, providing exceptional support to staff, patients, and members alike. As the backbone of our administrative operations, you will manage a variety of tasks that keep our workplace efficient, welcoming, and productive. This paid position offers a chance to develop your skills in office management while contributing to a vibrant team environment. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette and customer service excellence Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking messages accurately Respond promptly to new inquiries and schedule, confirm, and conduct Discovery Calls with prospective patients and members for both physical therapy and training. Support data entry tasks using spreadsheets and productivity software to ensure accurate record keeping Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for team members Prepare processing documents, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail and professionalism Support office management activities including filing systems, document organization, and general administrative duties Verify Out-of-network benefits for PT and complete insurance verification forms Collaborate with Billing to ensure all payments are recorded appropriately Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Minimum or 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferrably in a healthcare setting Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical billing is a plus Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy and technical proficiency in office management productivity software Experience in
Sales and Marketing:
