Salary:

$90K to $100K plus excellent benefits Craig Bradford Associates is partnering with a construction company to identify a Billing, Payroll & Office Manager who will serve as a key member of the company's financial and administrative team. This is a hands-on, highly accountable role reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and working closely with the Assistant Controller . The ideal candidate brings strong construction accounting experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Own

  • Customer billing, AIA applications, and online billing portals
  • Accounts receivable, collections, and billing discrepancy resolution
  • Change order tracking and project billing documentation
  • Lien waivers and payment application requirements
  • Weekly payroll administration and union payroll
  • Union fringe benefit reporting and payments
  • Local 19 and applicable union reporting requirements
  • Prevailing wage and payroll compliance
  • Sage 300 CRE customer and project setup
  • Month-end accounting and financial reporting support
  • Day-to-day office administration and process improvement What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in construction accounting, payroll, or office management Strong AIA billing and construction invoicing experience Proven accounts receivable and collections expertise Union payroll experience; sheet metal experience is a plus Experience with union fringe benefit reporting Proficiency with Sage 300 Construction & Real Estate Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Exceptional organization, accuracy, and follow-through Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across accounting, operations, and project management
